Selection Process

Regional selection

An independent jury will select the winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze SME, Small Business and Agribusiness SME categories for each of the Quebec regions defined by National Bank.*

Winners in the Export SME category will be chosen at the provincial level only: professional services firm Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche will select six finalists, who will then be evaluated by the provincial jury.

*If the minimum of 6 candidates per category is not met, only one prize will be awarded.

Provincial selection

The jury will choose three provincial winners (Gold, Silver and Bronze) for each category from among the regional Gold winners in the SME, Small Business and Agribusiness SME categories and among the six finalists in the Export SME category.

Eligibility requirements

• You must be a client of National Bank Financial Group
• Your company’s main place of business must be in Quebec
• Your company must have been in business for at least three years
• Your company must not have won a provincial Gold award in the same category in the last three years
• Must have reported sales corresponding to one of the following groups:
