National Bank of Canada: 2003 Annual Report now available

National Bank of Canada today announced that its 2003 Annual Report is now available on its website at www.nbc.ca/investorrelations.
Shareholders will also find the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the Management Proxy Circular on the site. These documents will be mailed to shareholders in the next few days.
National Bank will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The Meeting will take place at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel, 900 René-Lévesque West in Montreal, Quebec.
