National Bank to give away 1,000 Impact soccer game tickets to Montreal youth
Montreal, 17 May 2007 -
Under its partnership with the Montreal Impact, National Bank is pleased to be giving 1,000 tickets to two of the team’s games to several Montreal area non-profit organizations dedicated to helping young people.
Hundreds of Montreal youth will therefore have the opportunity to cheer on the Montreal Impact at their season opener on May 20 or their August 10 match at Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard.
National Bank is proud to have sponsored the Montreal Impact since the team’s début in 1993 and recently extended its support to the team for another five years.
In 2006, the Bank and its subsidiaries, through corporate donations, sponsorships, in-branch fundraising activities and various benefit events, gave $19.5 million to hundreds of Canadian education, health care, cultural and community organizations.
