National Bank’s Customer Relations Centres honoured at the 2008 Grands Prix québécois de la qualité

National Bank Financial Group is proud to have garnered an honourable mention at the 2008 Grands Prix québécois de la qualité in the large service company category. The mention was awarded more specifically for the Group’s Customer Relations Centres, call centres where close to 700 employees answer clients’ questions concerning all the different products and services offered by the Financial Group.

Presented by the Mouvement québécois de la qualité, the Grands Prix québécois de la qualité recognize and highlight the work of private companies and public organizations that strive for excellence. Awarded in accordance with stringent criteria comparable to those for such internationally renowned awards as the Deming prize in Japan, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in the United States and the European Quality Award, these distinctions are presented each year by the Premier of Quebec. The Mouvement québécois de la qualité is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to contribute to the improvement of its member oganizations’ performance by facilitating the evaluation and integration of best management practices.
