National Bank Financial Group dedicates a day to its clients
Laval, 23 March 2011 -
National Bank branches in the Laval*, Laurentians, Lanaudière, Outaouais and Abitibi regions will dedicate a day to pay tribute to their clients.
Clients who come in to one of these branches on March 25 will receive a special welcome with refreshments and a chance to win $1,000 for deposit in a Tax Free Savings Account (TSFA).
"The purpose of the day is to welcome our clients, chat with them, listen to their comments and, above all, show them how much we genuinely enjoy serving them. At National Bank, we strive to give our clients the highest quality service every day. That is why we wanted to dedicate one day to them. We want to thank our clients for doing business with us and show them that their satisfaction is our top priority," stated Sophie Lavigne, Client Experience Advisor in Laval/North Shore and Western Quebec, National Bank Financial Group.
* The National Bank branches in Deux-Montagnes, St-Eustache and St-Joseph-du-Lac held their own client appreciation day on February 4 and will therefore not participate in the event on March 25, 2011.
