National Bank Financial Group presents the 2011 Duck Race!

National Bank Financial Group is pleased to take part for the first time in presenting the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation's Duck Race. The 15th edition of this eagerly awaited event will take place on June 18 at the Valois Pool in Pointe-Claire. This always popular annual event allows West Island residents to participate in a fun community activity while supporting a worthy cause.
"National Bank Financial Group is proud to be part of this unique and fun event and to play a growing role in the West Island community," explained Carole Derome, Regional Manager - Western Montreal for the Financial Group. "In addition to financial support for the 2011 Duck Race, branch and regional centre employees in Western Montreal donated their time to help sell some 1,250 tickets for the event! We are truly proud to be able to contribute to the success of this outstanding initiative."
The funds raised will allow Lakeshore General Hospital to modernize its emergency room to better serve West Island residents.
