Social Responsibility Report
National Bank Financial Group endeavours to be recognized as a socially responsible business. The Financial Group follows some of the performance indicators included in the Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Guidelines in preparing its social responsibility report, which is published every March.
In addition to concrete examples of the Financial Group’s commitment to its various partners: clients, employees, shareholders and communities, the social responsibility report gives information on its environmental initiatives and its SOFT footprint. [Details]
Employee volunteer program
Many of our employees—both current and retired—give generously of their time to support causes that are important to them. In 2005, we created the “Our hearts are with you” program to support, recognize and reward their efforts and enhance the impact of their volunteer work. [Details]
