RECONCILIATION OF CONSIGNMENT CHEQUES
When you choose this service, you'll eliminate time spent punching and recording cashed cheques while having the satisfaction of knowing that your cheques are being stored in complete security. For cheques issued over a given period, you need only remit the total amount of the cheques to the Bank together with the particulars of your transactions via modem or magnetic tape. We will give you a list of all cheques cashed and outstanding after the reconciliation.
You can also access your consignment accounts instantly from your PC. That way, you can check the status of one or more cheques, cancel a cheque or reverse the cancellation of a cheque, request one or more photocopies of cheques, place an order to stop payment on a cheque, and more.
