from 1 month to 5 years.

Advantages

	Insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC)
	Interest rates are fixed for the entire term (final return is known in advance).

Range of Terms from 30 days to 5 years

Terms less than 1 year:	interest paid at maturity ($5,000 min.)
Terms 1 year or more:	simple interest, choice of annual, quarterly or monthly payments ($5,000 min.) or annual compound interest, capitalized at maturity ($1,000 min.)

You can choose between these options:

Non-Redeemable GIC

Redeemable GIC

	Attractive returns but no possibility of withdrawing funds before term maturity.
	Higher rates than redeemable GICs
	Available in CDN$ or US$
