FAQ

1. Why do I have to complete this new version of the form?

The wire transfer form has been revised and replaced by two electronic forms. Those new versions were designed so that you could save your request. You will therefore save time when you request recurring wire transfers.

2. What are the changes?

The form has a new format and dropdown menus have been added in order to facilitate data entry. In addition, new fields were created to provide additional information. Changes have also been made to the section reserved for bank use.

3. When do I have to start using the new form?

You can use the new form right now. Wire transfer requests submitted using the old form will be accepted until August 15, 2011.

After this date, requests submitted using the old form will not be processed. The sender will receive a notice of non-compliance and will have to resubmit the request using the new version of the form.

4. Should I send you the new version of the form via e-mail or fax?

You can opt for either method, in accordance with a written agreement with the Bank. For more details, contact your Account Manager or your Manager — Global Cash Management.

5. I can’t download the new versions of the forms. What should I do?

To download the news versions of the forms, you must have software on your computer specifically for downloading applications. Then, simply click on the “Wire Transfer USD Form” or “Wire Transfer other than USD Form” links provided above.

6. My company doesn’t use the Internet. Can I obtain a paper copy of the new versions of the forms? If yes, how do I return the completed form?

If your company doesn’t use the Internet, you can obtain a paper copy of the new versions of the forms at your business branch or an electronic version from your Account Manager. You can then fax the completed form to us in the usual way.
