New cheque imaging service available through our Internet Banking Solutions

Starting May 28, 2012, you will be able to view images of your cleared cheques whenever it is convenient for you through our Internet Banking Solutions.

This new user-friendly feature will involve certain changes to our fees. Please take a moment to read about them and then contact us if you have any questions.

1. Changes to the Guide to Personal Banking Solutions

Service charges

  • Access to images of cheques cleared in your account since
    February 1, 2011 through our Internet Banking Solutions………………………………. $1.50 per cheque

  • Requests to view images of items submitted via TelNat
    Telephone Banking Solutions or at the branch…………………………………………………. $5.00 per cheque
    (regardless of the transaction date)
These changes to our banking fees do not apply to certain accounts, programs and packages. To find out more, please call a TelNat Telephone representative at 1-888-483-5628 or contact a branch advisor.

2. Where can I find the Guide to Personal Banking Solutions?

As May 28, 2012, you can easily obtain an update version of the Guide to Personal Banking Solutions at any time by:

  • picking up a copy at the branch
  • visiting National Bank's website at nbc.ca/account
  • ordering a copy at 1-888-483-5628 (toll-free) or 514-394-5555.
By accessing any of our services once the changes to the Guide to Personal Banking Solutions have taken effect, you will be considered to have agreed to the changes.
