What do I do if I’m unable to sign in with my password or user code?

If you’re unable to sign in with your user code, contact your administrator to generate a temporary password by clicking on Administrator options and then on Manage Users.

If you’re an administrator, please contact National Bank Business Central® at 1-844 394-4494, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET), to reactivate your user code.
