22 You earn CAA Dollars equal to 1% of eligible purchases made using your CAA Rewards Mastercard credit card. At the end of each month, your CAA Club will receive information on the accumulated CAA Dollars from National Bank. Your CAA Club is responsible for the issuance, administration and redemption of CAA Dollars in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program. CAA Dollars are not earned on cash advances, balance transfers, cash-like transactions, Mastercard cheques, payments, credits, interest charges, foreign exchange fees, credit insurance premiums and other fees and charges. CAA Dollars are not earned on any purchases prohibited by the laws of Canada or any other country. You will qualify to earn CAA Dollars as soon as your card is activated and purchases are made, unless your account is not in good standing, your account has been suspended or terminated, or other qualifications for eligibility are not met.
24 National Bank's prime rate means the annual variable interest rate posted by National Bank, from time to time, and used by the Bank to determine the interest rates on the demand loans it grants in Canadian dollars in Canada.

27 Some of our cards offer a compensation plan in the event of fraud by a cardholder. If necessary, the fraud compensation plan entitles you to a refund limited to the real loss resulting from fraudulent use of the card or account by the cardholder. This plan only applies in the event of fraudulent use by a cardholder who is not also an authorized signatory. The refund amount can be up to $100,000 per account per 12-month period. To use this plan, the company and all authorized signatories must fully collaborate with the Bank and file an official complaint with law enforcement authorities. The application of the fraud protection plan is governed by the conditions set out in section 14 of the credit card agreement. In particular, the plan does not apply if, through negligence, the cardholder contributed to the unauthorized or fraudulent use of the card or account by any person other than a cardholder.
* This offer applies only to companies that do not have a National Bank Platinum Business Card. To receive a cashback of $150, cardholders must charge a minimum of $1,000 to their credit card account during the first three months after enrolment. The cashback will be credited to the account within 12 months of enrolment. Cardholders will receive the cashback as long as their account is in good standing and has not been suspended or closed, and all the conditions of the credit card agreement have been met. The promotional 0% interest rate will be applied to purchases, advances and transfers for six months after enrolment. The offer is not retroactive and expires on October 31.
