Allure MasterCard Campaign Earns a Flèche d’or Award
The advertising and promotional campaign for the Allure MasterCard, launched this past June, has won a Flèche d’or in the 15th edition of the prestigious Flèche d’or competition organized by the Relationship Marketing Association of Montreal.
Lauded for its creativity and integrated media approach, the Allure MasterCard relationship marketing campaign earned National Bank a Flèche d’or in the “Financial Products and Services” category. The awards gala, which is the crowning event of a competition considered the premier race for excellence in the relationship marketing industry, was held on November 2 and attended by close to 300 people.
The launch campaign for the Allure card was designed to highlight the product’s advantages, evoke an emotional response in the audience and persuade the women targeted to apply for the card. It also sought to stir up enthusiasm among the people involved in marketing the card and convert holders of classic cards to the new Allure card by offering them a loyalty program.
The Allure card is specially designed for Quebec women. In addition to the exclusive benefits it offers, including 10% off any purchases made at participating retailers (over 250 points of sale), a percentage of total annual purchases made with the Allure card is donated annually to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
