Patricia Curadeau-Grou appointed CFO at National Bank
The members of the Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Patricia Curadeau-Grou as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President – Finance, Risk and Treasury. Her appointment is effective immediately.
As part of her duties, Ms. Curadeau-Grou is responsible for strategic risk management for the Bank and its subsidiaries, including Compliance and Audit, as well as the Finance and Capital Management functions. She also oversees the Corporate Treasury unit, which is responsible for liquidity management, asset and liability matching and capital management.
Mr. Jean Dagenais will now be acting as Senior Vice-President – Finance, Taxation and Investor Relations. In that capacity, he will continue to be responsible for, in particular, financial reporting, accounting policies, the budget and taxation.
