National Bank of Canada 2010 Annual Report was posted today on its web site
National Bank of Canada (the “Bank”) (TSX: NA) announces that the 2010 Annual Report, including Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis, is available on its web site at www.nbc.ca/investorrelations.
A printed copy of the 2010 Annual Report will be sent to registered holders who have not informed the Bank that they do not wish to receive it at the beginning of February 2011. Registered holders who do not wish to receive a copy of the 2010 Annual Report may contact by telephone the Bank’s registrar and transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, at 1-888-838-1407.
A printed copy of the 2010 Annual Report will also be sent to beneficial owners who have informed the Bank that they wish to receive it at the beginning of February 2011.
Subsequently, paper copies of the Annual Report will be available from the Bank, upon request and free of charge, by contacting the Investor Relations Department either by telephone at 1-866-517-5455 or by email at email@example.com.
The documents related to the 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be sent separately to shareholders towards the beginning of March 2011.
