National Bank honoured for the quality of its customer service

National Bank is proud to be the recipient of two awards for the quality of its customer service in the Ipsos 2014 Best Banking Awards in Canada.

As the country's leading provider of public opinion research, Ipsos Reid presents the Best Banking Awards to acknowledge and honour financial institutions that receive the highest ratings from their clients for efficient personal banking services.

National Bank was recognized in the ATM Banking Excellence category and, for the second consecutive year, in the Automated Telephone Banking Excellence category. In both cases, National Bank received the award from among all the financial institutions surveyed.

Winners of the Best Banking Awards are chosen based on quarterly surveys conducted by Ipsos Reid, which measure customer satisfaction using key performance indicators that are linked to the service delivery quality of participating institutions.

Ipsos 2014 Best Banking Awards are based on quarterly Customer Service Index (CSI) survey results. Sample size for the total 2014 CSI program year ended August 2014 was 45,428 completed surveys yielding 68,738 financial institution ratings nationally.
