National Bank Ranked Once Again Among Canada's Best Diversity Employers
National Bank is very proud to be named for a fourth consecutive year as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers, as ranked by Mediacorp Canada Inc. This prestigious contest rewards Canadian companies that stand out through their efforts to create diverse, inclusive workplaces.

One great example of National Bank's diversity initiatives is the fact that women fill 48.4% of senior management positions. Several internal networks established for women, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) community and young employees are also very popular.
To achieve its diversity objectives, the Bank can also count on various partnerships with outside organizations, such as those active with newcomers to Canada and people with disabilities.

Participating companies are assessed based on their various diversity-related initiatives, including those focusing on women, visible minorities, the disabled, aboriginal peoples and members of the LGBT community.
