National Bank Wins Four Awards For the Quality of its Customer Service

National Bank is proud to be the recipient of four awards for the quality of its customer service in the Ipsos 2015 Best Banking Awards in Canada. This year's result represents its best performance ever recorded in this ranking.

As the country's leading provider of public opinion research, Ipsos presents the Best Banking Awards to acknowledge and honour financial institutions that receive the highest ratings from their clients for efficient personal banking services.

National Bank received awards in Online Banking Excellence and Mobile Banking Excellence, two categories that demonstrate the satisfaction of its clients with the performance of its digital channels. In addition, the Bank was also honoured in the ATM Banking Excellence and Automated Telephone Banking Excellence categories for the second and third year respectively. The four awards were won from among all the financial institutions surveyed.

Winners of the Best Banking Awards are chosen based on quarterly surveys conducted by Ipsos, which measure customer satisfaction using key performance indicators that are linked to the service delivery quality of participating institutions.
