At National Bank, we know that young people represent our hopes and dreams for the future. We believe it is up to all of us to help the next generation develop to its fullest potential.
One for Youth
Whether it's supporting medical research and access to care, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles, or getting young people involved in their community, National Bank and its nearly 20,000 employees are proud to help today's youth grow and thrive. Each year, National Bank supports hundreds of Canadian organizations through its donations and sponsorships program.
Young Employees Network
This is a voluntary initiative organized by National Bank employees that is primarily aimed at employees aged 40 or younger. The Network has the following objectives:
- Provide a forum where young professionals from different business lines and line levels can network and share their experiences
- Help its members develop their skills by organizing workshops and offering practical advice on leadership as well as professional and personal development
- Promote mentoring relationships between senior management and the next generation of business professionals
- Give young employees an opportunity to learn about the Bank, its history and structure, and the challenges it faces
Our employees support youth causes
The National Bank Volunteer Program contributes $1 to a youth-oriented cause for each hour of volunteering carried out by Bank employees, either individually or as part of a team.
