What happens with Apple Pay or Google Pay if I get a new device?

Simply remove your credit and/or debit cards from your Wallet or Google Pay app on your old phone, then add them to your new one.

If you've already replaced your phone, an advisor can remove them for you. To remove your debit card, please call us at 1-888-835-6281. To remove your credit card, please call us at 1-888-622-2783.
