How do I edit or delete an upcoming payment from my online bank?

You can edit or delete upcoming payments that have not yet been processed in your account. The kinds of scheduled payments include: 

• Bill payments 
• Money transfers to another National Bank client or an Interac e-Transfer® 
• Money transfers between your accounts 
• Cheques* 
• Pre-authorized debits* 

From your online bank: 

1. Find the Quick links section on the home page 
2. Click Edit or delete an upcoming payment 
3. Select the type of payment you would like to edit or delete 
4. Follow the instructions 

Note that this feature is not yet available from the National Bank app.
