Mail service may be delayed due to ongoing Canada Post labour discussions. This may affect mail sent to and from National Bank Optimum Mortgage. This includes paper bank statements, new or replacement debit and credit cards, paper credit card statements and other notices. We are committed to keeping you informed as we learn more. In the meantime, see below to learn how to limit the effects of possible service delays.

Debit card issuance
If you are expecting a new or replacement debit card in the mail, it may be delayed due to the service disruption. For further assistance, or to arrange alternate shipping arrangements please contact us.
Payments
During the mail service disruption, you should continue making any payments by the payment due date. During the mail service disruption, we encourage you to avoid sending any payments or other important documents to us by mail as we may not receive them in time.
Mortgage renewals
Is your mortgage coming up for renewal in the next three (3) months? Mortgage renewal documents that would normally be sent in the mail may be delayed due to the service disruption. Please contact us at 1-866-441-3775 or via email at optimumrenewals@nbc.ca to discuss your upcoming mortgage renewal.
