By email and text:
- You’ll receive an email with your access code and a text with a temporary password.
- You’ll need to change the password after you sign in for the first time.

Or by email only:
- You’ll receive two emails.
- The first will have your access code, and the second one will contain a temporary password.
- You’ll need to change the password after you sign in for the first time.
- Please note: to open the files attached to these emails, you'll need to use the temporary password given by your National Bank advisor. This password is composed of the first 4 characters of your company name, the first one in capital letters, followed by your year of birth. If you completed your application online, the temporary password is the one you chose and that is listed on your form.

You’ll then be ready to sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses and enjoy many benefits, including:
- Access to account summaries and statements
- Digital deposits
- Bill payments
- Send money via Interac e-Transfer®
