It’s vital to verify that your mailing address, email, and mobile phone number are up to date with Laurentian Bank to ensure you properly receive our communications. You can update your information online, by phone, at a Laurentian Bank branch, or by calling your Business Centre team.

Receive your migration documents

You’ll receive documents containing key information including the expected migration date, as well as any potential changes to your products and services. National Bank will begin sending documents by mail or email before the end of the fall.

Keep banking as usual

Don’t worry, you’ll be able to continue using your current products and services until the weekend of the migration.
