How do I open and contribute to a FHSA?
Like a TFSA or RRSP, the FHSA is an investment vehicle that allows you to save tax-free towards the purchase of your first property. In it, you will be able to invest in the stock market by trading investment products available at NBDB.
To open an FHSA account with NBDB, fill out the online account opening form.
You can contribute to your FHSA as soon as the account has been opened by selecting the “Transfer” option.
It is not possible to open an account on the NBC Wealth app.
