I forgot my password, what do I do?

You can reset your password by one of the following ways:

From the direct brokerage website, click Sign in, then Trade online on the platform. On the brokerage platform sign-in page, click Forgotten password? and follow the instructions.

From the NBC Wealth app, click Forgotten password? and you will be redirected to the password reset page. Follow the instructions.

Don't have a brokerage account or haven't answered the security questions yet? Call us at 1-800-363-3511 and select option 4.
