Which products cannot be transferred to National Bank Direct Brokerage?

Here are some examples of products that are not transferable to NBDB:

Segregated Funds
Certain mutual funds not distributed by NBDB or accepted for transfer. Some can be accepted, with or without fees. Consult the complete list of funds accepted (PDF) .
Private investments
Futures contracts
Some Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs)
