How do I sign in to the NBC Wealth app?
To access the NBC Wealth app, follow these steps:
- Go to the NBC Wealth app
- Choose National Bank Direct Brokerage from among the Wealth Management divisions listed in the dropdown menu (your preferences will be saved next time you sign in)
- Check the Remember me box to avoid receiving a verification code each time you sign in
- Enter your email ID
- Enter your password
- Click Sign in
Note: When signing in for the first time, you will be asked to enter a verification code which you will receive by SMS or email.
REMINDERS:
- Use the same email ID and password that you use for the web version of your online brokerage platform.
- Make sure you already set up single sign-on user ID.
- You can only use the Forgot your password feature from the web version of your online brokerage platform. Click Forgotten password? to reset your password.
- After 5 unsuccessful attempts, you must wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our technical support team for a temporary password at 1-800-363-3511.
