What do I do if I don't have the information to determine the book value?

Contact our team via the Message centre available through the online brokerage platform or direct brokerage app, or call us at 1-800-363-3511.

We will do the research and send you the documents if available. Please note that we are required to retain documents for a period of 7 years.

Fill out the Book Value Adjustment 27740 form available on the Forms page under Other forms. Then, send us the completed form via the secure Message Centre or by mail.

Please note that when assets are transferred, we enter the value provided by the transferring institution in the account, and we are unable to validate the accuracy of the acquisition value transmitted.
