How do I edit my contact information?


Here’s how to edit your contact information in online banking for business.

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. In the left menu of the home screen, under My information, click My profile.
  3. In the Sign-in ID and security section, click Modify my information.
  4. In the Identification information section, click ModifyAdd or the trash can icon (delete) next to the information you wish to modify.
  5. Enter your new contact details and confirmation, if required.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Click Save. A verification code will be sent to your new email to confirm the change.
  8. Enter the verification code you received.

 

 

Important
 

The administrator must contact us to inform us of any changes to the contact details, even if they change it themselves. Call us at 1-844-394-4494 (toll-free).

Good to know

  • Your contact information is used, among other things, to send you a verification code (text message and/or email).
  • Only your mobile can be deleted without being replaced. You must have at least one email address in your profile.
