Can I manage my communication preferences to receive alerts?


An alert service is available via your online banking for business. When certain situations arise that require your attention, you can be notified automatically.

You can manage your alerts and notifications by modifying your communication preferences. Follow these steps: 

If you are an administrator:

 

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. From the home page under My information, click My profile. 
  3. In the Alerts and notifications section, click Manage my alerts and notifications.
  4. Under the Communication information section, add or modify the email address for receiving alerts and notifications. If necessary, you can enter a secondary email address.
  5. In the Alerts and notifications section, select the email address where you would like to receive: 
    • Notifications of changes to your profile (subscription required)
    • Notifications related to downloads and document retrieval (optional)
    • Notifications of changes to a user's profile access rights, or the addition or deletion of a user (subscription required).
  6. Click Confirm at the bottom left of the screen.

 

If you are a user:

 

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. In the left menu of the home screen, under My information, click My profile.
  3. In the Alerts and notifications section, click Manage my alerts and notifications.
  4. Under the Communication information section, add or modify the email address for receiving alerts and notifications. If necessary, you can enter a secondary email address.
  5. In the Alerts and notifications section, select the email address where you would like to receive: 
    • Notifications of changes to your profile (subscription required)
    • Notifications related to downloads and document retrieval (optional).
  6. Click Confirm at the bottom left of the screen.

Good to know

  • The alerts we send are secure and never contain personal information.
  • We send alerts by email only.
