Before an export, you must first filter the transactions you want to display.

To export transactions to your accounting software:

1. Sign in to online banking for business.
2. Select the account from which you want to export your transactions.
3. Select any filters you need to display the transactions you wish to export, or continue without selecting any filters.
4. Click Export.
5. Select your desired export format: 
   1. CSV: readable by Microsoft Excel© or Google Sheets©.
   2. QBO/OFX/QFX: suitable for import into accounting and ERP software.
6. Open the downloaded file using your computer.

Good to know

• Only the transactions shown by your filters will appear in the exported file.
• You can export up to 10,000 transactions at a time.
