How do I search for a transaction in an account?
To search for a transaction in your business account, make sure you have the View and Account summary permissions. The account you want to search must also be in Canadian or international dollars.
- The Account summary permission and the right to View who is attached to it.
- A group of accounts associated with the job role, otherwise the page will be empty.
- A current account in Canadian or U.S. dollars.
Then follow these steps:
- Sign in to online banking for business.
- In the left menu under Accounts and transactions, click Accounts.
- Click on the three dots next to the account you want to search.
- Click Search for a transaction.
- Fill in the relevant fields to help refine your search.
