How do I search for a transaction in an account?


To search for a transaction in your business account, make sure you have the View and Account summary permissions. The account you want to search must also be in Canadian or international dollars.

 

    • The Account summary permission and the right to View who is attached to it.
    • A group of accounts associated with the job role, otherwise the page will be empty.
    • A current account in Canadian or U.S. dollars.

     

     

    Then follow these steps:

     

    1. Sign in to online banking for business.
    2. In the left menu under Accounts and transactions, click Accounts.
    3. Click on the three dots next to the account you want to search.
    4. Click Search for a transaction.
    5. Fill in the relevant fields to help refine your search.
