What’s two-step authentication?


It's an added layer of security that is required when you sign in to online banking for the following scenarios:

 

    • You connect with an unrecognized device (computer or mobile device other than the one you usually work on);
    • You connect for the first time after making changes to your profile;
    • You connect with a new internet browser.
       

    You will need to enter a one-time verification code that will be sent by email or text message according to your preferences. Make sure to add your email or phone number to receive your verification code.
