David Gray

David Gray is Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, National Bank Financial. He is responsible for the legal team which serves both the Capital Markets and Wealth Management business lines.

Mr. Gray began his career at NBF in 2013. He was initially responsible for leading the Litigation and Regulatory Investigations team within NBF Legal Affairs. He was named Deputy Head of the group in 2018 and continued in that role until taking on his present responsibilities in 2022.

Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Law (B.C.L./LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. He began practicing law at a national law firm, where he was working as a partner when he joined NBF.
