About
Erin Keleher is Vice President, of Financial Resource Management. She advises Capital Markets on the optimal allocation of financial resources and oversees the activities of the first line of defense, including compliance programs, operational risk management, third-party risk management, business continuity and operational resilience, and financial market infrastructures. She is responsible for implementing new regulatory initiatives or major changes to existing activities and making recommendations to the Capital Markets Product and Activity Review Committee. She is also responsible for the strategic assessment and oversight of Capital Markets’ international expansion.
Ms. Keleher serves as a non-executive director on the board of NBC Global Finance Limited. She is a member of the major individual giving cabinet of the United Way Greater Toronto, and a past director and board chair of the Jean Tweed Center.
Ms. Keleher joined NBC in 2015 and became Managing Director and Head of the Regulatory and Optimization team within Global Funding and Treasury in 2018. Prior to joining National Bank, she worked in capital markets regulation and supervision, as well as at another Canadian bank. She holds an LLM in Securities Law from York University, an MBA from Dalhousie University, and a BBA from the University of Prince Edward Island.
