Jean-Michel Gosselin

Jean-Michel Gosselin is Vice-President, Capital Markets - Operations. In this role, he is responsible for operations that support the Capital Markets business as well as the capital markets activities of the Wealth Management division. Mr. Gosselin’s overall responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations that cover trade settlements, market events, OTC derivatives operations, as well as other cross-functional activities including client onboarding, market parameters and operational control activities. With the aim of maximizing the client experience and making operations a true competitive advantage for the franchise, Jean-Michel also oversees business process transformation related to his sector.

After working at other financial institutions in Montréal, Toronto and London, Jean-Michel joined National Bank in 2009. He held various roles within the Capital Markets and Wealth Management ecosystem before taking on the leadership of the Capital Markets - Operations in 2025.

Mr. Gosselin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montréal, a Master of Business Administration from ESADE University in Barcelona and has been a CFA charterholder since 2003.
