About
Linda Boulanger joined Capital Markets as Executive Vice-President & Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Finance in November 2023. In this role, she is responsible for establishing our vision and strategy in sustainable finance, in close collaboration with Capital Markets partners and the Bank-wide ESG ecosystem. She also spearheads the integration of ESG factors into our core Capital Markets activities to support the delivery of innovative solutions to our corporate, institutional and government clients.
Linda brings an in-depth understanding of capital markets and long-standing experience with institutional investors and corporate clients. Prior to her current role, Linda was Senior Vice-President and Head of Investor Relations for the Bank, where she successfully established the IR practice as a key strategic function for the Bank and contributed to creating superior value for our shareholders.
Before joining National Bank in 2016, Linda was Managing Director in Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, where she spent nearly 20 years. She was responsible for senior client coverage and for providing advice on a broad range of transactions including IPOs, equity and debt financings as well as M&A mandates.
Linda holds a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Sciences from Laval University and an MBA (Finance) from HEC Montreal. She also holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
