What should I do if I don't receive the verification code?
Find out what to do if you don't receive your verification code :
If you’re an administrator and have not received your verification code :
- If you have chosen to receive your verification code by email, make sure you check your spam folder.
- Didn't receive anything? After 5 minutes, you can return to the sign-in page and request a new verification code.
- If you don’t receive your verification code, check that you entered the correct user code.
- If the problem persists, contact us.
If you're an administrator and your user hasn’t received their verification code :
- Verify that the user's communications details are up to date.
- If you updated their details, ask your user to try again.
- If the user clicked Forgotten password? and didn’t receive their verification code, you can generate one for them.

Make sure you keep your profile up to date with the correct contact details so that you have more flexibility when it comes to receiving the verification code.
