How do I order a SecurID token?
You can order a SecurID token from online banking for business.
Please note that there are costs associated with this feature.
As an administrator, the order form allows you to place an order for tokens for you or your company's users, so that they can access the platform in this way.
For international shipments, the cost varies according to the number of tokens required and the destination country (certain restrictions apply).
Before getting started, make sure you have:
- Administrator access to be able to place the order
Then follow these steps:
- Sign in to online banking for business.
- In the left menu under Administration, select Other administration options.
- Click Order SecurID tokens.
- Complete the fields on the form and verify the information already entered.
- Click Continue.
- Click Confirm.
Good to know
- Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of your order for delivery of the tokens.
- You can consult the procedure for activating a SecurID token under Other administration options in the left menu of online banking for business.
