How can I change the delivery method for statements?

This option lets you choose the delivery method for your current account statements. Please note that cheque images and foreign currency account statements are only available in electronic format.

  

To reduce your paper consumption, you can choose to receive your statements online for both Canadian and U.S. currencies. You will be able to view, download and print your documents.
  

Before getting started, make sure you have Administrator access.

To change your delivery method: 

  1. Sign in to online banking for business
  2. In the left menu under Administration, select Other administration options
  3. Click Manage documents
  4. Choose between Online or By mail for each of your accounts in Canadian and U.S. currencies.
  5. Check the box next to "I have read and accept the conditions set out above.
  6. Click Confirm

Good to know

  • A fee will be charged for paper statements for all your current accounts.   
  • When you choose to receive online documents for current accounts, they will no longer be sent by mail.   
  • For the time being, Mastercard statements will continue to be sent by mail. You may have the option to change your delivery method in the future.
