How do I choose a context for a business group?
Discover the different steps for navigating within your business group.
When you sign in to online banking for business, you will be able to choose one of the following contexts :
- The business group overview
- The main entity
- Any of the other entities
To select a context :
- Sign in to online banking with the user code and password associated with the main entity.
- From the Choose a context screen, click on the main entity, any of the other entities, or the context beginning with "**" to access your business group overview.
If needed, you can always change the context while signed into online banking.
To change your context during a session :
- Click on the arrow next to the user's name at the top right of your screen.
- Click on Change context.
- In the dropdown menu, click the entity you want to view, or click on the group overview to see all the transactions happening across your entities in one place.

Good to know
- You can use the search tool above the Contexts list to find the one you would like to view.
- The context you are currently in is indicated under your name at the top right of the screen.
- An administrator must first add a user to an entity or the group overview before they can access that context in online banking.
