I forgot the password to my business account
To reset your password securely, you must first ensure that you have:
- Your user ID
Then follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to nbc.ca/business.
- Click Sign in at the top right corner of your screen, then click Business.
- On the first screen, enter your user ID, then click Next.
- Click on the Forgot password? link.
- Enter the verification code you received by email or text.
- On the Change your password screen, enter and confirm your new password, and then click Continue.
- Click Continue again.

Good to know
If you do not receive your verification code and you requested it by email, check your spam folder. You can also click Verify with something else.
