How do I manage a user’s transaction permissions?


To manage a user’s other transaction permissions in online banking for business, you must be an administrator or an authorized user.

 

Then follow these steps :

  1. Sign in to online banking for business.
  2. In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
  3. Enter the name, family name or user code in the search bar, then select the user.
  4. Click Change permissions, then Manage other permissions.
  5. Provide the user access rights and limits for each feature by copying your or another user’s rights and limits, or by checking the boxes individually.
  6. Click Confirm.

 

 

Good to know

  • You can provide the rights to :
    a. View : gives access to the transaction history,
    b. Initiate : allows you to initiate, modify or delete a transaction, or
    c. Sign : authorizes the processing of an operation.
