Replace my app on iPad

To keep benefiting from our online services, you must uninstall the old version of the app and download the new one.

Identify the version of your app


Identifying the version of your app is related to your sign in method:

  • If you enter your debit or credit card number to sign in, you have the old version of the app. You must uninstall it.

  • If you enter your email address to sign in, you have the new version of the app.

Uninstall the old app

To uninstall the app:

  1. Find the National Bank icon on your iPad.

  2. Press and hold the icon (and release once other apps start to shake).

  3. Click the small “x” at the top left of the app.

  4. Click Delete in the message asking to confirm your choice.

  5. Press the Home button of your iPad.

Install the new app

To install the new app:

  1. Open your App Store

  2. Click on the search field and write “nbc” and select “nbc mobile” in the suggested apps.

  3. Click Get and then Install.

  4. Once you downloaded the app, click Open. You will be redirected to the National Bank app. iPad.
