Little details that matter

Subscription to an individual Securizone® plan: 

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a Canadian resident 

Subscription to a family Securizone® plan: 

  • Partner: must meet the same criteria as the individual subscriber, in addition to living at the same address as the plan member
  • Child: dependent child, 23 years old or younger, must reside in Canada at the same address as the plan member

For full details about the services, refer to the contract for Securizone® or the contract for Securizone 360TM. 

The monthly fees for our Securizone® and Securizone 360TM assistance programs are set out in the Summary provided to you. They will be debited directly from your account. NBC Assistance Inc. may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify the fees, by providing 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree with the fee changes for your program, you will be able to terminate it without penalty.

If you enroll in Securizone 360TM, we monitor both Canadian credit bureaus (Equifax® and TransUnion®). Your credit score and credit report are provided by Equifax®.
