Before you start:

4. Assign the user a predefined job role and an account group
Once your user has been created, you can assign them a job role.
A job role is a set of at least one permission allowing your user to perform certain tasks in online banking for business.
Each user must have an assigned job role to download reports and upload files.
Online banking for business provides predefined job roles to make it easier to assign permissions to users. If these predefined job roles don't meet your business needs, you can create custom job roles with the permissions you want.
