Business banking – Migration of your products and services

Here’s what to expect during the migration weekend.

Important security notice

Remember to protect your personal banking information such as verification codes, your PIN, and password at all times. National Bank® or Laurentian Bank® will never ask for your personal banking information. No action is required on your part. Stay vigilant for potential fraudulent communications that urge you to complete certain steps.

What to expect

LBCDirect Business online banking services

You will no longer have access to Laurentian Bank platforms as of Friday, November 6, at 4:00 p.m. (ET).

 

Please note that National Bank’s online banking services will not be available during the migration weekend. This also applies to you if you’re already a National Bank client.

Branches and ABMs

Laurentian Bank branches and ABMs will no longer be accessible as of Friday, November 6, at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Please note that branches and ABMs will close permanently. 

 

Please note that all Laurentian Bank branches and ABMs will no longer be able to serve you following the migration. You will no longer be able to use ABMs in THE EXCHANGE® network to deposit funds into your business account.

Debit cards

Your Laurentian Bank debit card will be deactivated as of Friday, November 6, at 4:00 p.m. (ET). You will no longer have access to your accounts at ABMs and you will no longer be able to make purchases with your Laurentian Bank debit card.

 

If you have an active Laurentian Bank debit card, or if you’re eligible for a National Bank debit card, you’ll receive one letter containing your National Bank debit card, and a second letter containing your PIN.

Credit cards

Your Laurentian Bank business credit cards are functional during and after the migration weekend from November 6 to 8, 2026.

Interac e-Transfer®

This service is unavailable as of Friday, November 6, at 4:00 p.m. (ET) and will be restored on Monday, November 9, 2026.
