Access your online bank

Here are the steps you need to take to enroll in your online bank after the migration of your products and services.

Accessing your online bank

When’s the right time?

Enrolling to access your online bank is only possible once the migration has been completed, starting November 9, 2026.

Single sign-on access

Once you've set up your profile with your email address and password, you can use the same credentials to sign in to the National Bank app.

No action needed if you’re already a client

If you’re already a National Bank client and have access to your online bank, you don’t have to complete any steps. You don't need to enroll again.

How to access your online bank as a new National Bank client

Enrolling to access your online bank can be done in several ways depending on your situation:

  • Starting November 9, 2026

If you received a National Bank debit card

You can enroll online using your debit card.

  • Starting November 9, 2026

If you have not received a debit card

You can create your account and set up your profile using the information in the enrollment letter that was mailed to you in the weeks following the migration.

  • End of 2026

If you don't receive a debit card or an enrollment letter

If you haven’t received your debit card or enrollment letter by December 1, 2026, you’ll have to wait until you receive your new credit card to enroll online. It will be sent separately.
